I attempted to logon to Experian to obtain access to my credit report. I need a credit report number to file a dispute and the service I use through XXXX does not give me a credit report number. When I attempt to login to the site, to purchase a copy of my credit bureau, it gives me an error. I contacted Experian ( as per their website instructions ) and I was told due to an internal error they were unable to reset my password and I could not access my report. They then suggested I call XXXX to see if they could help. I advised them their internal computer error was not my issue and that I needed a copy of the report. They refused to assist me. I spoke with a supervisor named " XXXX '' in the Texas office - ID XXXX who refused to transfer me to a manager and told me she had no information on any regulatory agency governing the bureau. I would like to be sent a copy of my credit report so that I may dispute an item that has been reported to me through a 3rd party ( XXXX ).
