Hello below is the letter I sent the Military Star card. I was told I was 30-60 day late. I tried to make the payment and there was a glitch in the system making me late. I would not had been late on purpose as I am trying to apply for a mortgage my credit score has drop XXXX points since this incident. I was asking your assistance in removing the 30-60 day late.

I am really heart broken that you all could n't assist me in this matter. I felt like I have been let down again by my country. I served this country with proud and dignity, I was injury while doing so. I was unable to work for months and was limited to income, but I tried to pay my bills with what money I had. I never intended to be late on my account therefore I paid as much as possible to keep this account from affecting my credit. I would like to state again I scheduled a payment online via your website to pay my bill for XX/XX/XXXX payment and it did not post. This one incident is causing me and my family to loose out on a dream I have been trying to achieve my entire life to purchased a home. There is know way I would wait until the last month and jeopardized my credit by not making a payment I was inform to make.
If there is anyway you can help a XXXX Veteran the time is now for me. I am begging and pleading for your assistance. I am requesting if this email could be sent to the CEO of the company to review my case or if I can have a point of contact to reach He/or She. I ca n't give up on this that 's why I am reaching out to everyone. I have ask my Senator and Congressman I even email the White House to help assist me in this matter. I have a payment schedule for XX/XX/XXXX and I like I said previous I will never be late again. Please help me and my family.
