I mailed the company a formal letter of dispute on XXXX/XXXX/2015 and requested verification of debt. I called today to advised them it 's been past 30 days and I still have not gotten any documents. I was told by XXXX XXXX that my dispute letter was received and she said she mailed the documents to an old address I then asked why was it not mailed to the address listed on the envelope and the dispute letter and she had no reason why.
