Shellpoint Mortgage has reported a false information to us about a foreclosure sale date. They told us that there is a sale date on the property, but there is none. We have submitted an offer for a short sale and they advised us that because of the foreclosure sale date on XXXX/XXXX/2016 they can not review the offer, but we have called and they advised us that there is NO SALE DATE. I do not know why they would lie to us about something so important as sale date. The buyer is willing to pay what what the investor is looking for, but they gave us wrong information. PLEASE HELP US
