Attended XXXX University XXXX in XXXX 2014, under the impression by accepting the " financial award letter '' that my schooling would be taken care of by a student loan. However, then this past XXXX, they began demanding payment in full. Including taking my XXXX tax refund. They have now began calling from the debt collector and I have asked for an attorney to assist me. I attempted contact a couple times via email, and had no success. The latest email from XXXX, and XXXX, had been pretty blunt and straight forward a blow off. On entering the school originally, I know that other students personally had problems with Al in financial aide returning or acknowledging communication. Had I been able to affor books this last year I would have went back, but was unable to. Amen I did not.
