On XXXX I was coerced into buying a used car from a used auto dealer by XXXX individuals, who then drove off with the car and that was the last I saw of them. They threatened to do bodily harm to my family if I did not go along with them. To prove they were serious, while I was buying the car they had friends of theirs, go to my parents house and steal my motorcycle, fortunately my parents were n't home. It is important to note that I am XXXX I and was completely off my medication and in a XXXX ; which means I was not in a XXXX. The monthly car and insurance payments came to {$910.00} per month, for 66 months. The loan was financed through the a finance company owned by the used car lot company after I was denied by XXXX other banks/finance companies. I had been unemployed for over 18 months and both my checking and savings accounts had negative balances. Also, my XXXX credit cards were all past due. I do not understand why their finance company agreed to take a chance on me. I never had the funds to make a single payment, I opened a police report for theft by conversion. I tried to file a claim with the insurance company arranged by the finance company but The insurance company denied it because the car was stolen before my insurance coverage became effective on XXXX, even though the car was sold though I made my XXXX ( and only ) premium payment on the XXXX The car was located XXXX but it will be turned over to the finance company as they tried to repossess it a couple of months ago by sending a wrecker but I did not have the car and gave the wrecker guy a copy of the police report. I tried to resolve this with the finance company to no avail. The whole situation is overwhelming and I feel as though I have been a victim several times over.
