Online Collections submitted a {$190.00} collection for XXXX XXXX XXXX and failed to send me any notification to my known address on my credit report for over 2 years. This is in direct violation of Federal Law. Since I never knew about debt they failed to disclose it to me by not sending me a 30 day notice before placing it on my credit file with caused adverse reaction to my credit file in which they are liable to the fullest extent under law.
