I opened a Macy 's credit card account back in XXXX 2015. They sent my bill to the wrong address and we never received any information about missed payments till we inquired at Macy 's store. Once it was discovered that my address in their system was incorrect, they corrected the issue and sent me a bill. I immediately sent a check for full payment and the check was credited to citibank on XXXX XXXX. A credit card was never sent to my address. They never updated my payment to my account history and it has been 3 months and they have turned my account to the collection agency. I have had multiple conversations with the credit research department at Macy 's, I have sent them all the documentation over 4 times. I have had multiple phone conversations with customer service but the issue has not been resolved. I still keep getting calls from collection and they have reported my delequint account to the credit bureau. This has been a frustrating experience where the company has failed to provide its customers the service they said they would provide. Even after multiple conversations with multiple parties within Macy 's credit department the issue has not been resolved. I have sent my payment in full. The money has been cashed by them. But they never updated my account and now I am suffering everyday dealing with collection people and my good credit is being destroyed. I want to file a complaint against Macy 's credit card ... get my issue resolved. have them fix my credit report. and Not bother me once and for all. Macy 's Credit company is the worst company to deal with. All of them need to be fired for being incapable and stupid.
