On XXXX XXXX, 2015 my attorney sent a letter ( XXXX, confirmation attached ) to Arvest Bank disputing the validity and terms of an negative entry they were reporting to all major credit bureaus. I have never done business with Arvest bank and have asked for verification from Arvest many times over the past year. This time I have paid for attorneys to get involved. I have repeatedly asked Arvest bank for 1 ) Copies of all written contacts and agreements of the parties ; 2 ) Anything signed by me, XXXX XXXX ; 3 ) Documentation of performance by Arvest Bank ; and 4 ) all business records of Arvest Bank, concerning the alleged debt. As of this date XXXX XXXX, 2015, I have never received ANY communication, nor validation of this fraudulent account from Arvest bank despite my documented and repeated requests.
On XXXX XXXX, 2015 I sent a second request for validation letter to Arvest Bank ( XXXX confirmation attached ) again stating my original request from XX/XX/XXXX that has not been responded to for validation of this fraudulent account. I included copies of the original letter as well as copies of the signed delivery confirmation to their offices. Of course I have still not received ANY response from ARVEST bank. Not only has ARVEST bank refused to provide me with the evidence I lawfully requested in my previous letters, they have violated the FDCPA by continuing to report incorrect and unsubstantiated information on my personal credit report. This activity has been HIGHLY injurious to me.
I am requesting IMMEDIATE retraction of all negative information posted by ARVEST bank on my personal credit reports that ARVEST bank is reporting to all major credit bureaus and to be forever removed from my credit record with all reporting agencies, as well as to have them send me a letter stating that this is account is closed in their offices and will not be sold, transferred, or in any other way be collected on again either by ARVEST or any other company.
I am also going to pursue this issue with the FTC and the Texas Attorney General 's Office about ARVEST 's clear and continued violations of he FCRA and FDCPA.
