Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Friday 12th February 2016.
Received a debt collection notice for a name close to mine but incorrect middle name from National Credit Systems , Inc claiming that I have a {$500.00} debt. They are claiming that I would only have to pay {$250.00} to clear the debt. I believe this collection notice to totally be in error. I have never done business with the company that they list. When I XXXX this Collection Company I found that there are numerous complaints online against them, including being rude on the phone and having erroneous information. This is why instead of calling the company I would try to make things easier and file a complaint here.
