Since XXXX XXXX, 2013, Revenue Recovery Corporation ( " RRC '' ) has been using my social security number and date of birth to report to the credit bureaus that I owe a debt that I do not owe to Jewish Hospital. I had notified RRC several of times that I was not a patient at XXXX Hospital in XXXX both verbally and in writing. I have had to clear off my credit reports at least two to three times because of RRC reporting false information. XXXX Hospital has not responded to their inquire each attempt because I do not owe XXXX Hospital in 2013.
