I am getting harassing calls on my cell phone and in my office from the phone number XXXX. I did not answer the phone because I did not recognize the number and have had to file for this type of incident before. When I XXXX the number. a listing for Van Ru Credit came up with listing of harassing complaints. They do not leave a message, so I am unaware as to why I am receiving a phone call from them.
