Complaint #1579885 submitted on 09/25/2015 relating to Fidelity Capital Holdings, Inc.. Complaint relates to Debt collection Medical - Disclosure verification of debt Right to dispute notice not received.
Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Friday 25th September 2015.
Debt collector did not send a dunning letter at all. Did not call me, made no contact before reporting this to the Credit Reporting agencies, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. This is a violation of the California XXXX FDCPA. This is not the first time they have done that. Just a few months ago the CFPB helped me with the exact same situation with the exact same company who listed ten items on my XXXX file and XXXX on my XXXX file. They did end up deleting the items because I threatened to sue for damages and because of my complaints to this agency as well as the XXXX, FTC and the XXXX Attorney General.
It seems they 're back at it again. This is a rogue company that does not abide by XXXX State Consumer Protection Laws. Please help me.
