I have been a member of Continental Finance gold master card for many years. I have experienced fraudgelant activity as well as other issues. Since I have cancelled my card and asked to pay off the balance back in XXXX 2015, I have not been able to pay my bill off nor even talk to anyone to get satisfaction. I keep being told that to pay my bill online they have recently updated there website and that the wait time will be 20 to 30 minutes, which I wait and wait and wait. For one month now I still can get no answer to get online to pay this card. Please help me nail these people for all off the lying and fraud. I get phone calls from them and also have been called at work. Why?? I have no idea. I am not late and I have cancelled the card only remaning unable to pay it off me wish it farewell.
