the loan is with Best Egg, who transferred the money into my bank account [ good ] but has not ever given me a statement, correspondence, or any way to contact them or keep track of loan. I would 've liked to make additional payments but the info they show when withdrawing payments from my bank account does not provide any information I can use to do so. also, they advertised low rates but that does not turn out to be the case.
