HRRG called me approximately 6 or 7 weeks ago to collect a debt that I apparently owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX of 2015. When I called XXXX they stated that they do not work with HRRG as a debt collection agency and that I did not owe them any money. I called HRRG back and requested that they mail me a bill so that I can see the original creditor because the lady on the phone told me that she can not give that information out. After I gave her my address she stated that she would have to note on my account that I refused to pay at that time. After receiving the bill via U.S. mail, I called them because there is still not enough information regarding who I owe and once more I was told that client information is private, and I told her that I would not be able to pay it unless I knew who I was paying. She got an attitude and firmly told me that it was only {$29.00} and that I am required to pay it. Once more I asked who I owed and she stated that it was just a physician, but she could not tell me who. Then she threatened to send it to my credit and hung up the phone.
