Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Wednesday 23rd September 2015.
It appears XXXX XXXX inappropriately shared banking information with a 3rd party company and processed servicing rights without prior communication or authorization. Heartland ECSI CSR states that banking information would not have been transferred with their account ; however, they pulled money out of and the put back into my account in their company 's name. After the transfer, and communication I set up direct debit but they did not process my quarterly payment XXXX/XXXX/2015 and charged a late fee. The CRS stated I would have to talk to XXXX XXXX about a refund of that fee and claimed I set up a one time payment and not recurring despite their system stating " Starting XXXX/XXXX/2015 quarterly XXXX ''. The transfer process and lack of accountability is unprofessional. I contacted XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX and they said to talk to ECSI the new servicer and ECSI states to talk to XXXX XXXX.
