Credit card

Complaint #1783577 submitted on 02/11/2016 relating to Bank of America. Complaint relates to Credit card - Identity theft / Fraud / Embezzlement .

Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Thursday 11th February 2016.

Narrative (may be redacted).

I am currently divorced and the primary custodian of my XXXX daughters. I am in the process of losing our home due to specific credit problems that are preventing me from securing a refinance loan and lowering our monthly living expenses. During my marriage, there were several accounts opened fraudulently using my social security number, unbeknownst to me, by my then wife. I have attempted to reach these creditors and never received call backs. They have been charged off and are now affecting myself and my daughters instead of the person that originally opened these accounts. I am asking for help in removing these particular accounts from my credit report so that I may secure our home and future necessities. Thank you
