Last month they called my work when they were previously told not to contact my work friends or family. I told them I would file last month but I decided to give them another shot. But this month ... .They called my parents when it was two weeks late! They had not exhausted all means to contact me. They could have mailed a reminder if they were unable to get me by phone. Instead they harrassed and violated my rights for personal information.
