When I was in the military I took out a loan with omni Financial. I filled out all the paperwork and I also had XXXX insurance on the loan I payed the loan for years and refinanced several times and never been late. I got severely hurt in the military and became XXXX when I was XXXX I told omni they sent me a XXXX letter to fill out and send to the insurance company so they could dis charge my debt. When I called to get help with filling out the paperwork the representative told me I did not have insurance and she did not why the other rep gave me that info I explained to her that I get Inuance on all my debts because I 'm a XXXX and at any point any thing can happen to me. I was very upset because I paid all this mo ey every month and never late plus I p a I 'd extra for the insurance for them to tell me that I dI 'd not have it to make a long story short I pleaded with them I told them that I did not k ow when my va XXXX payments would kick in could they at least lower my payment of XXXX a month they told me no I paid as long as I could and then I had no more out of my savings to pay I am big on my credit and I always pay what I owe but the fact that I been payi g for XXXX insurance I feel that they did me an injustice I paid more than 150 percent Interest on a XXXX dollar loan they took my money and messed up my good name and credit I spent 14 years defending my country just to lose my ability to walk and my good credit history and good name I feel I been ripped off and robbed.
