I lived in an apartment for 3 years, noone did a walk through when I moved in, and the XXXX managemant company to take over the apartments just 60 days or so before I vacated wants to hold me to the terms of a lease I never signed. The XXXX in XXXX, WA representing the XXXX in XXXX, WA. Despite repeated attempts to contact them regarding this unfair charge, they sent me to collections for charges I do not legally owe. and ignored my XX/XX/2015 email asking for the charges to be corrected.
