Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Wednesday 23rd September 2015.
I was making payments, however they were n't enough, so they sent me tocollections and then since they said I was in " default '' they would only take alump sum payment. First they said {$9000.00} then they said XXXX. I got them tolet me pay XXXX ( which I had to borrow ) and then I made 100 monthlypayments for 2 months after that, per the arrangement. I called back to XXXX know I could continue making payments, but they said " no '', back to thelump sum thing again only now the best I could get them to do was XXXX over3 month period. I really am trying. I explained to them back in XXXX that mycompany was bought out, I had to look for other work and now I am on acontract position, could end any time, but I am still looking for permanentemployment. I am paying on a ton of student loan debt. I have XXXX and can barely afford groceries, but hey at least I amtrying here, why ca n't they work with me?
