My home foreclosed in XXXX of 2010 with XXXX. XXXX had my ex partner and I sign a {$7200.00} promissory note. There were mistakes in it found after the foreclosure. They asked us to sign another promissory note. We declined. BofA never made any attempt to collect the debt for 4 years. My ex partner filed bankruptcy and the debt was not listed even though he double checked with XXXX to be sure. Last year, after four years of the debt not being pursued, XXXX sold the debt to Real Time Solutions, a debt collector. They have been trying to collect the debt from me. I do n't believe it is a valid debt.
