I called on XXXX/XXXX/15 to pay off a loan I received on line on XXXX/XXXX/15. I wanted to pay off the loan using an increase I received on the credit limit of a credit card. I was told the company does n't accept credit card payments above the amount of the monthly payment. When I asked where it states that in the contract, I was told it does n't. That 's just company policy. Had I been told this, I would have forgone the loan. I believe this is Inadequate loan disclosure. It 's unfair business practice to change a contract that is in writing, without written consent.
