HelloSo I submitted a cosigner release form for Chase Student loans to release my cosigner. They declined my application as they told me that I had not made XXXX consecutive payments of principal and interest. I have been paying back this loan on time with no late or missed payments for more than 2 years. Prior to XX/XX/XXXX i was making payments directly to Chase, but after XX/XX/XXXX, the loan began to get serviced by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I pulled my bank statements to show Chase that from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, I had made the XXXX consecutive payments, they claimed I had not made.
