Complaint #1566706 submitted on 09/16/2015 relating to Ability Recovery Services, LLC. Complaint relates to Debt collection Other (i.e. phone, health club, etc.) - Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt resulted from identity theft.

Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Thursday 17th September 2015.

Narrative (may be redacted).

Ability Recovery Services has violated FDCPA by reporting a debt they could not validate to credit bureau 's. Ability Recovery Services is using a false instrument to collect a debt that does not contain my signature. I would also like to point out that the instrument they use is also a contract of an agreed XXXX months which I have already have submitted proof of payments. They have also reported to XXXX " Status as of XX/XX/XXXX - Unpaid : Date of 1st Delinquency XX/XX/XXXX ''. I have enclosed 'FACT ' information to their 'Delinquency claim of XX/XX/XXXX ' that it was paid the month prior and after XX/XX/XXXX.

Since I 've contacted Ability Recovery Services of their shady practice of submitting a false instrument to collect a debt they have ceased contact with me but the information still remains on my credit report.

I 'm submitting FACTS:1. A contract that does not contain my hand writing signature2. Proof that I paid for services of the two months in the contract they submitted.
3. XXXX Report containing delinquency they reported as of XX/XX/XXXX, along with my proof of on time payments of XX/XX/XXXX
