I have contacted my mortgage company now XXXX times to request an assistance packet. XXXX by phone and XXXX via there online " contact us ''. In my initial call to my servicer, I was told by a collector that I am a first payment default and that this was worse than a bankruptcy on my credit. He proceeded to tell me that a modification in NOT an option. My loan is not even a first payment default. The XXXX time I called I was again quoted a 24hr turnaround time to receive the packet. Which as of this date, I still DO not have.
