Ability Recovery Services is reporting a collection account in violation of FDCPA.
I have never received a notice from this collection agency. By law, I should have been granted 30 days to dispute the debt. I became aware of this account as I checked my credit report. I am requesting this collection agency to provide proof that I have received their letters or any other communication that they may be falsely claiming to have mailed to me. The reason I emphasize this matter is because I lived XXXX for a very long time and I have recently relocated back to the States. I know for a fact that I did not have the opportunity to dispute.
2- I am requesting a valid/legit proof of debt written contract or agreement.
