Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Tuesday 15th September 2015.
We called in XXXX to end shut off service. Our lease was ending and we where relocating to XXXX. They did not disconnect the service on XX/XX/XXXX as requested. The new renters continued to use the service under me well into XX/XX/XXXX. When we received the bill and disputed why it was not disconnected when we requested. After the investigation, they found that the final bill should have been {$160.00}, however they sent us a final bill and reported to credit agency without allowing me to pay the bill. This should never have went to the credit agency since it was their error.
