Complaint #1563081 submitted on 09/14/2015 relating to Scott Fetzer Financial Group, Inc.. Complaint relates to Consumer Loan Installment loan - Taking out the loan or lease .
Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Monday 21st September 2015.
I was coerced into buying a XXXX vacuum by the owner of the XXXX WI company XXXX XXXX, the salesman ( my boyfriend ) and his manager on XXXX/XXXX/15. They told me they wanted to make quota for the week and that they could resell the equipment and pay it off before monthly payments started up. This had been done before and I should n't worry about it. The manager filled out the sales contract and had me sign it. United Consumer Financial Services said they called my place of employment to verify income and verified the purchase with me but they never did. I 'm a XXXX, living at home and XXXX, I 'm not employed. And my mother is joint owner/signer on all my financial accounts. We have tried to resolve this issue with the company for 10 days with the XXXX but the company refuses. UCFS when contacted, said they verified employment and income but there is no employment or income so who verified it? We asked for a copy of the loan application to see who filled it out and what was written on it, from both XXXX XXXX XXXX and UCFS but neither one would supply it. We just want to return the equipment and cancel the loan. These are preditory and fraudulent practices and should n't be allowed to continue.
