The debt collection agency Element Global Services had an agent named XXXX contact me at work while I was teaching. He gave me a deadline to call him back or he would be calling my boss. He threatened to have me put in jail and taken to court if I did not pay a certain amount of money on the spot. He also refused to identify himself when he first called. XXXX also threatened to contact my boss with the recording of the line that we were on to show him my " character '' after he made numerous other threatening statements. After researching this company on the internet I have seen nemerous complaints about intimidation tactics from them. XXXX knew information about me that he should n't have and that was an extremely scary thing. I felt harassed and violated by this man.
