I would like to request an investigation into the practices of Ad aAstra. I have repeatedly asked them to remove their account from my credit report as it is not valid an they simply refuse and are putting me through loops. I do not require any further action against this account that has been placed against me for years. It is amazing to me how they continue to deny deny deny ever harassing me via telephone, they are refusing to acknowledge my dispute of these accounts fro the past XXXX months, they are refusing to accept the fact that I am aware that they break laws that affect consumers ' lives and they do not care! I am not going to go forth with any more communication with this company. I have files every necessary document and I have forwarded everything through the XXXX credit reporting burrows asking them to forwards my findings and my dispute to this company. I have also filed a dispute via fax and mail with Ad Astra and have NEVER heard back from them after they kept verifying the inaccurate an fraudulent accounts to me over and over again and never ever telling any of the bureaus why, how and when these were verified or how they were accurate. I do not understand how and why they continue to make me relive this nightmare and this horrible account under my name. I am a new graduate I am trying to get my life back together and I have run out of options and this company is trying to shut me up shut me down and push me into a corner over an account that was never opened by me. I have to start my life and they are holding me back. I have been denied credit cards from XXXX, XXXX and a car loan because of this collection! I am so appalled at their practices and I will absolute take this case as far as I can go. I am certain I am not the only XXXX in this situation. And please DO NOT deny the fact that you use robotic machines to leave message after I refused to pick up your phone calls. You are certainly guilty of that and in my state, of California, that is not something you are allowed to do. And thank XXXX for this website an their twitter account, or else how would i know!?
