Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Thursday 10th September 2015.
I was not properly notified of a debt with the original creditor. I contacted the original creditor who agreed to remove the collection from my credit report after it was paid due to the notice being sent to an old address. This was also communicated to the collection agency ( Atlas Collections ). I paid the debt in full and the collection agency only removed it from XXXX of my credit reports. I have made multiple attempts to reach the collection agency and have left several messages, emails etc. they will not respond to my requests. I have emails that show the agreement to remove it and where they stated that they had removed it. I have also disputed this with the credit reporting agencies and Atlas has verified this rather than removing it.
