Real Time Resolutions is showing a debt on my credit report for a property that was foreclosed on in 2010. I spoke with a lawyer yesterday and they said that the statute of limitations in the state of South Carolina is three years and this debt collector no longer should be affecting my credit score. They should also not be seeking payment.
