I just recently found out that I have a judgement against myself ( From a credit report ) I went to the Court House and asked them. They told me, " Yes you do. '' and provided me with the paperwork stating how much the judgement was for ... And now .... The collection agency is demanding over a {$1000.00} in interest. I was never notified of any actions that were taken against me by the collection agency. Then when I called them today and asked them to provide me with the judgement paperwork, where it shows that they were awarded that interest, they refused to do so.Please help me to resolve this issue.
