Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Tuesday 15th September 2015.
I had a XXXX and went to XXXX. They had created fraudulent charges to my Insurance company and when the insurance did n't pay them they came after me. I gave them an opportunity to correct the billing and they failed to do so. I have reported them to XXXX different agencies. On XXXX XXXX, 2015, I faxed a letter to Capitol Accounts ( the collection agency my account got sent to XXXX. I then followed up with a phone call on XXXX, XXXX, 2015 with XXXX XXXX. I acknowledged they received the letter and was very rude and said he was going to report tyhis debt to credit agencies and it would effect my credit unless I paid that day. I told him it was under dispute and he insisted he was sending to the reporting agencies. Today, XXXX XXXX, 2015, he called on my cell phone. I immediately advised him that was not supposed to be calling me per my letter. He violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I would like XXXX XXXX along with his company to be cited and repremanded.
