On XXXX, i sent capital one a payment to my account in order to raise the credit limit on my account. When I called Capital one and asked why my deosit wasnt posted to my account, they stated that it is because it does not say a record of them even receiving a deposit from me. On XX/XX/XXXX, capital one bank, me and my bank, XXXX the phone to verify the deposit. Which come to find out it was cleared on XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX by my bank. So capital one has stolen and took my money and did not post it to my account. So I had to file a compliant
