My credit card was used with out my knowledge or authorization by my XXXX year old son.
I had previously bought online gaming for him. And I did not realize the credit card information was stored on the computer. My son did n't understand he was using my credit card. There are multiple and duplicate transactions that if you were to look at my statement anyone could realize something was n't right.
According to my credit card contract I have zero liability for transactions made with outmy authorization. However I was told in writing that I am responsible and its not considered " fraud ''. I never said it was fraud, its " unauthorized transactions '' I believe this wording of theirs is what is protecting them and not me as in my contract with them.
