I seem to have a bill in collections for an account not owed. A few years ago I ordered verizon highspeed and prepaid over XXXX and cancelled within days. and they sent me back a check for XXXX. After some time I noticed a bill for XXXX in collection with DEBT RECOVERY SOLUTIONSLLC. I do not beleive I owe this and company will not discuss matter with me. Verizon said they sold account and have no further info.Please remove from all my credit accounts.Again I do not owe this.
