I received a letter from Jonathan Neil & Associates dated XXXX XXXX, 2015 for an auto insurance debt of XXXX. My wife and I called and made payments arrangements for {$100.00} per month until XXXX was paid. We received verification and acceptance of payment arrangements from Jonathan Neil & Associates in letter dated XXXX/XXXX/15. We mailed our XXXX payment on XXXX/XXXX/2015 and we received another letter dated XXXX/XXXX/2015 from Jonathan Neil & Associates with a new balance of XXXX. We believe this consititutes unfair practices because we made payment arrangements on one balance and after first payment, the balanced was increased.
