Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Sunday 6th September 2015.
Collection agency failed to respond to validation request per Texas finance code TFC 392. In retaliation, agency illegally reported to credit bureau.
Collection agency is NOT bonded for collection in Texas, thus is unlawfully attempting to collect an alleged debt.
They must remove BOTH trade lines from credit report or will be sued.
