Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Thursday 10th September 2015.
The company has never sent me a notice of the debt, and has simply reported the debt to the XXXX credit reporting companies.. When sent a request for verification of the debt, the company said they they could not provide me with the information until I provided them with a utility bill or insurance card with my physical address on it. I do not have either of these because I do not pay such bills. They refused to accept a copy of my state-issued drivers license, and will not provide any information about the debt besides for the balance, which I do not believe I owe.
