Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Monday 31st August 2015.
I did a credit check and I have paid every debt on my report etc, but I discovered XXXX derogatory comment. The deragory comment was for {$120.00} that was sent to collections by CBAASSOCIATES on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. ( The derogatory report is attached ).
I do not know what this debt is about my XXXX is in XXXX XXXX.
I do n't know what this Judgment is and I am not aware of anything validating this debt.
To resolve this without CFPB involvement II sent an e-mail to CBAASSOCIATES on XXXX XXXX, 2015 to determine what this was regarding. In the e-mail I stated I would file this report if I did not hear by Friday XXXX XXXX, 2015.
The XXXX XXXX, 2015 e-mail is attached.
Conclusion : I have XXXX negative mark on my otherwise spotless credit as a result of this alleged {$120.00} debt that I do not know anything about.
If it is a legitimate debt I will pay the {$120.00}, but I do n't like that this Credit Collection Company can avoid due process and put this on my account.
