For the past three months, I been getting calls from a XXXX number claiming to collect a debt. They do n't call once a day, they call all throughout the morning, afternoon, and night. So finally I answered and a rude guy named XXXX XXXX answered. He goes on to say I owe XXXX and they were going to serve papers that day. When I was trying to explain what happened from preventing me to pay that bill. He got smart and loud with me talking to me like I 'm stupid. Around that time of getting a loan, I was a victim of identity theft so a lot of things had to close like my old bank account and a hold on my social. He claims I had bounced checks etc, but remind you I 'm telling him about my identity theft, but he was so inconsiderate and still was getting smart. So I made payment arrangements so the papers would n't be swerved but on the other hand he ( XXXX XXXX ) is still making harrassing phone calls saying random things.
