I was mandated to make monthly payments to Genesis Lending on my private student loans while attending classes at XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NV. From XX/XX/XXXX thru XX/XX/XXXX my monthly payments ranged from $ XXXX {$150.00}, for a total amount exceeding {$1300.00}. I was aware that such practices were prohibited while attending classes, however, should I failed to make payments I would have been barred from classes.
I would like to be reimburse for those funds.
