About two years ago I received a letter from commerce bank saying that I would get a refund from them due to a class action lawsuit that was filed against them. Commerce bank had abusive overdraft practices where they would post the largest transactions to the smallest in order to create a greater number of overdraft fees. I was under the assumption when I received the letter that I would be receiving a check from the class action lawsuit. I have not received any compensation for this. I even sent commerce bank an email requesting information on when I would be able to expect to receive compensation from these unfair and abusive acts by commerce bank. I received a reply from them and they only said to be patient and eventually I would receive compensation. That has been several months now and still have heard nothing about it. I just want to be able to get what is owed to me, and to be able to have someone from commerce bank actually talk to me, rather than just send me an email instructing me to wait patiently with XXXX follow up. I want an explanation to whether I am supposed to get compensation and why I have not received it already.
