They took an illegal action. After agreeing to pay a monthly payment of {$100.00} per month. They withdraw {$500.00} during the second month even though I paid on time. is this a violation to the fair debt collection act or the Electronic Fund Transferred Act? XXXX however my bank did refund the charges. I am now afraid to deal with this law firm.
