XXXX XXXX XXXX has reported monies owed to them. We moved early in the month due to an apartment available through Housing Authority of XXXX XXXX XXXX who in fact sent an agent to inspect prior to our acceptance and he said and I quote i dont need to see anymore im familiar with these apartments XXXX and had to accept or lose our place on wait list. XXXX Properties kept our {$500.00} deposit and made no attempt to contact me. I just seen this on my credit report through Credit Karma. Not only does that cover the month but that company made no attempt to repair anything that was needed since we moved in a little over a year. This included faulty oulets which sparked every time they were used in fact two outlets had the top plug working properly in the entire two bedroom apartment, a broken window due to a gun shot that happened prior to moving in ; never fixed, mold and deteriorating wall due to water leak through patio door, cockroach infestation, etc. I feel in no way did we leave them " HANGING '' so to speak. The {$500.00} deposit they kept should have sufficed that slumlord and we left it clean!
