Complaint was submitted via Web and sent to the company on Friday 11th September 2015.
It appears that my cell phone number XXXX was placed on a massive dialing system, where my cell phone was called starting at XXXX and calls would come through until XXXX. I received pre-recorded messages every single time. The messages were left on my voicemail XXXX a day. I never authorized this Law Office to call my CELL phone on a artifical dialing system and leave pre-recorded voicemail. This is a violation of The Telephone Consumer Protection Act. I tried to resolve this matter with this Law Office however however I have been hung up on and treated poorly.
