I applied for a Federal job. During XXXX back ground check they came across some medical debt. XXXX gave me originally 30 days to resolve. That was on XXXX XXXX, 2015. Today I called BERLIN-WHEELER INC-MO at XXXX on a break. They are located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, MO XXXX. By the way I found out today that they had changed their Company nameto WAKEFIELD ASSOCIATES. I was showing the original name for six times on my credit that XXXX is asking me explain. The was for {$490.00}. When I called I talked with XXXX, He had several of my name in his database. He even tried to check under my security # and nothing. I asked for something stated in a letter that this debt was not mine. He outright refused me and said his company did not send out any paper. He stated that he could not help me at all. That because he did not have me in his database there was nothing that he could do. Their phone number that I called was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. So that is why I came to you for help. I need to get this off my record so I can get a decent paying job. Thank you.
